Praja Sankalpa Yatra Halted In Solidarity With AP Bandh

Amaravati: Extending support to the bandh call given by left parties, YSR Congress Party President and Leader of the Andhra Pradesh Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy decided to halt his padayatra — Praja Sankalpa Yatra on Thursday. YS Jagan is currently touring Nellore district as part of his padayatra.

Following the injustice meted out to Andhra Pradesh state in Union Budget allocations as well as granting Special Status, the left parties — CPI and CPI(M) have called for state wide bandh on Thursday. Extending solidarity with the leaders, YS Jagan called upon the people to unite and make the protest successful.
